ABOUT

ALESSANDRO CALLIGARO (born 1975), splits his time between Rome and Milan, where he works as a psychiatrist, psychotherapist and interior decorator. He has recently developed services as an interior decorator also abroad: Amsterdam, Montreal and New York.

As an insatiable globetrotter, he unites his intuitive psychological perceptions with influences from diverse worlds and cultures into an eclectic pursuit of beauty in all its forms. Through his travels around the world, from Africa to the US, from Iran to China, he has developed an international approach to the interior decoration focusing his attention on the unusual combination of different styles wich can be mixed, as in a collage, to express all the personal nuances of his clients’ personality.

His principal area of interest is the interaction between the different expressions of art and psychology, and in particular the dynamic between the interiors he creates and the personality of his clients.
